Community and town councils are eligible to apply for grants of between £300 and £5,000 from The Secret Millionaire Fund, a partnership between The Big Lottery’s Award for All Scheme and the Channel 4 programme, The Secret Millionaire. Applications can be submitted on-line up to 21st December 2009 at the following website:
