The Ysbyty Ifan Community Council is divided between two Wards, Tir Ifan and Tir Eidda.Both Wards have four councellors each. The persent Chairman is Dafydd P Jones and the vice Chairman is Gwyn Davies.

News and Events
Ysbyty Ifan has been called one the most historical villages in North Wales.At the moment the Community Council is working with Snowdonia National Park, Bwrlwm Eryri,and Menter Nant Conwy on a project with the local school children to create an interpretation panel of the history of the cemetary. We are also working with Menter Nant Conwy and are awaiting the arrival of a nature panel for the village.
